Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country.
This class series meets once a week for six weeks. Class size is limited, and registration is required, please register by February 4, 2019. This class is only for “Caregivers”.

Starting March 1, 2019 through April 12, 2019 join a 6 Week walking program at the Hamlet Senior Center that will motivate you to live a healthier lifestyle. Event will be held three days a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM. There is no free for adults 55 or older and a $25 fee for adults under 55. All training materials will be provided.
