Tree Lighting Ceremony

     To mark the beginning of the Holiday Season the City of Hamlet hosts its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on the Monday following Thanksgiving. The event is held at the park on Main Street located just across from the depot. In addition to the tree lighting, the event also includes Christmas carols and refreshments.Please bring your family and friends to share this occasion with us.
